This website is a presentation of the work of Random Scribbles - sometime Scribe, occasional absurdist, frustrated would-be Despot and all round liar.
Mistress Scribbles' mild mannered alter ego has been writing for competitions since the age of 14. She specialises in surreal comedy, scifi/fantasy and ghost stories, and often the three combined. Her work has won several competitions, been published in magazines and performed on stage.
The following stories are all true accounts of real events which happened to entirely fictional characters.
